The name of my poem is The Barefoot Boy. The author is James Whitcomb Riley. I think you should read this poem because I feel that this poem is good because it talks about a barefoot little boy. I think one reason why people would not like to read this poem because the little boy stubbed his toe. I know you should read this poem is because it’s the author expresses the emotion of what a child goes through. I know that the best part of the poem is the ending because it is sweet.
